The bill (Reg. No.4510) regulates distribution of programs with interactive competitions (games, quizzes), the conditions of which envisage paid acquisition of the status of a member. According to the Committee members, "the Bill prohibits broadcasting of the programs with interactive competitions (games, quizzes), the conditions of which envisage paid acquisition of the status of a member, unless they are broadcast at the channels with restricted access". The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will eliminate legislative gaps that inflict financial losses to the television audience.
As it was declared in the Committee the following priceless are not sp[read on the broadcasting of the programs with the conduction of : lotteries; creative contests, sport competitions; advertising drawing; contests (games. quizzes) envisaging their participant free of charge statues of game participant; quizzes on free of charge basis that are conducted for the charity or educational purposes.
